No problem! Life leaving you uptight, knotted, and stressed? We can work on that and help you develop better mobility and stress reducing techniques.

This class can build strength, flexibility, and concentration while flowing thru a dance-like series of yoga postures. All levels welcome! Heated studio class.

The class compliments your regular yoga practice while boosting your metabolism and building strength and stability. With upbeat music, this all-levels class is great for cross training for both men and women. Bring a towel and water and be prepared to sweat.

This is a challenging all-levels class with modifications (or no weights) offered for low impact. Bring a towel and water and be prepared to sweat. Heated studio class.
FIIT with HIIT
FIIT with HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a circuit training based class that alternates between timed exercise movements and timed rest periods. Both strength training and cardio are incorporated in a wide variety of low impact and high impact moves. This type of training gets your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. This class is for all fitness levels. Modifications and added challenge options are given throughout the class so anyone can do this workout.

Slow Flow
We begin with guided relaxation preparing our heart, mind, and body to pause and ponder. This class introduces foundational yoga postures, teaches you how to breathe, and helps you feel more comfortable and confident with your yoga practice. This is an excellent all-levels class for either a beginner or experienced yogi who wants to slow down and focus while being intentional with breath and movement.
Gentle Yoga
We take a step down from Slow Flow and focus on breath, stretching, and basic yoga postures. A perfect class to build your confidence and let go of expectations.
Restorative Yoga
This gentle yoga practice has a focus on stress relief and relaxation. After being guided into a pose, time is given to breath and let the muscles soften and release. Use of blocks and bolsters allow the body extra support and provide an exceptional way for the mind to enjoy a time of calm and reset. All levels welcome.
Holy Yoga™
Connect to Christ through movement, breath, and prayer. An experiential worship created to deepen one’s connection to Christ. An intentional practice connecting our entire being, body, mind and spirit with God. All levels and beliefs are welcome!
Kinderyoga
Our kids yoga is based on the teachings from Kidding Around Yoga (KAY). KAY is a style of yoga that is based on the 5,000-year-old science of yoga. Children are taught how to stretch and breathe and to meditate and deeply relax. If you were a practicing yogi watching a KAY class, you would see and understand the beauty of our system. If you are not a yogi, you might think we were just “kidding around” and playing. Kids love to sing and dance, so we have more than 35 original songs on our 3 CDs that keep them moving. Jogging, Dancing, Limbo-ing, Rocking and rolling, Laughing, Marching, you name it we have a song for it! And of course, all of our classes end with a magical trip to The Secret Garden. We wouldn’t think of missing this part of class! The benefits of a KAY class are immeasurable. Come check it out!
Selah Breath
In this class we focus on the foundation of our faith and meditate on a different piece of scripture each time. This class is similar to a Slow Flow class where we flow breath to movement at times, and then meditate on God’s word or be inspired by song.
Yin Yoga
For Yin Yoga, the room will be warm and cozy so you can settle in and relax. In this class you will rest, stretch, and breathe. Wear something comfy-cozy because all you will want to do when it’s over is go home to bed for a wonderful night of sleep.
Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga Yoga, also called Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, is a vigorous and flowing style of yoga developed in the 20th century. It involves synchronizing breath with progressive and continuous postures, which produces internal heat while detoxifying the body. It builds strength, flexibility, and stamina, while calming the mind and improving overall health.
This heated class will be 60 minutes with a modified version of the Primary Series. Beginners are welcome and there will be plenty of modifications offered. Our focus will be on alignment and proper technique in each pose.
The full Primary Series, called “Yoga Chikitsa” (meaning “yoga therapy”) includes 75 poses and takes between an hour and a half and two hours to complete. It begins with a warm-up sequence of poses called “Surya Namaskara A and B” (Sanskrit for “Sun Salutations”). Then, it progresses to standing, seated, inverted, and back-bending poses. Every class ends with final relaxation in “Savasana” (“Corpse Pose”).
